Creative Career Series 1 Barista Training

Gives you the understanding of the role of a Barista, the art and skill involved, customer service training and why its needed to become the best. Giving students the full understanding of the coffee and hospitality industry, to increase their chances of employment and further education within their chosen field. During the program, students’ knowledge and skills are evaluated through a range of innovative assessment methods, including interactive and practical applications of skills within the Coffee Industry context. Students who complete this programme will increase their employability within the industry.

You will learn the coffee industry, learn all about ground coffee, presentations and Latte art, customer service skills and a food and hygiene certificate
